1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
All compressed sofa orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We aim to deliver your sofa quickly and efficiently, with most local deliveries arriving within 2–5 business days and national deliveries within 5–10 business days.
2. Delivery Coverage & Charges
We currently deliver everywhere, with select international shipping options available upon request. Standard delivery is free for orders over $1000, while express and international shipping may incur additional charges calculated at checkout.
3. Packaging & Delivery Attempts
Our sofas are securely vacuum-packed and compressed for easy transport and reduced shipping volume. If a delivery is missed, our courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery. Alternatively, your order may be held at a local pickup point for collection.
4. Failed Deliveries & Support
